HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18960 OF 2018 O R D E R :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that as no FIR was registered against the petitioners, the question of summoning them to the police station does not arise. It is further stated that the allegations of the petitioners that the 4th respondent interfered with the civil disputes between the petitioners and the respondents 5 and 6; and that the 4th respondent threatened the petitioners to stop agricultural operations in the subject land or else they would be implicated in false cases, were all denied.

Recording the aforesaid submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents police not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and respondents 5 and 6. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
