The present writ petition is filed to declare the action of the second respondent and his sub-ordinates in calling the petitioner to the police station everyday since fifteen days, without there being any case registered against him, and threatening him to compromise and settle the civil disputes with the third and fourth respondents herein, in spite of civil suit in O.S.No.59 of 2019 pending before the learned Junior Civil Judge, Maheshwaram, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and Sri K.Giridhar Raju, learned counsel appearing for respondents 3 and 4. 3.

Since the main grievance of the petitioner is with regard to the official respondents interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and third and fourth respondents, while the learned counsel for respondents 3 and 4 undertook to file a counter on the last date of hearing and as no counter is forthcoming till date, the matter is taken up for final disposal.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 10.10.2019, which is placed on record of this Court, while denying the allegation of the petitioner that the official respondents are calling the petitioner to the second respondent police station to compromise the disputes with the third and fourth respondents, submits that till date no complaint is given by any individual against the petitioner nor any case is registered against him and the petitioner was never called

to the police station. Learned AGP would further submit that the official respondents never interfered in the civil disputes of the petitioner at any point of time.

Recording the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader based on the written instructions that the official respondents never called the petitioner to the police station to settle the civil disputes, this Court is of the view that no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.
