THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.36021 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner was that the police authorities were not registering a crime pursuant to the order dated 22.06.2015 passed by the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nagarkurnool, in CCSR.No.892 of 2015 under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.

Relying upon the written instructions dated 09.11.2015 furnished by the SubInspector of Police, Bijinapally Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home informed this Court that basing upon the order passed by the criminal court under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., Crime No.176 of 2015 was registered on 09.11.2015 on the file of Bijinapally Police Station under Sections 420, 467 and 468 I.P.C. Insofar as the delay is concerned, the SubInspector of Police stated that the same was neither wilful nor wanton and was caused due to misplacement of the relevant papers as they were clubbed with some other bundles.

In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to take a serious view of the delay. Insofar as the complaint of the petitioner is concerned, the same stands settled in the light of registration of a crime. The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs. ____________________ JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR 12th November, 2015 IBL
