The Civil Revision Petition is filed against the docket order dated 25.08.2015 passed in I.A. No.189 of 2015 in O.S. No.94 of 2015 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Chodavaram.

2) Heard both sides and perused the material on record. 3) It is the case of the revision petitioners that even though counter is filed by them, the trial Court has not chosen to dispose of the I.A. and passed exparte ad interim injunction orders on 25.08.2015, dispensing notice, which is unsustainable.

4) As the matter is already in dispute before the lower Court and the legality or correctness of order, if at all, be placed before the lower Court, including to vary or setting aside the injunction, the lower Court is directed to dispose of the I.A. with reference to the grounds and any other material be placed by the parties, within one month from the date of receipt of the order.

5) Accordingly, the revision is disposed of. No order as to costs.

6) Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
