This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.6 and 7 in interfering and stopping the mining operations and transportation of mineral conducted in pursuant to the lease granted by the respondent No.1 vide G.O.Ms.No.168, Industries and Commerce (M.III) Department, dated 14.07.2008 in over an extent of 10.01 gts in Sy.No.22/119 of Dongaregaon village, Narnoor Mandal, Adilabad District, as arbitrary, illegal, unjust, unconstitutional, without jurisdiction and in violation of Forest Conservation Act 1980, Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act 1957 and Mineral Concession Rules 1960 and the principals of natural justice.

Respondent No.9 filed a detailed counter stating that the petitioner has not made an application to the respondent No.9 for grant of dispatch permit and the petitioner is not doing any mining operations in pursuant to the mining lease granted by the respondent No.1 vide G.O.Ms.No.168, Industries and Commerce (M.III) Department, dated 14.07.2008 in an extent of Ac.10.01 gunts in Sy.No.22/119 of Dongaregaon village, Narnoor Mandal, Adilabad District.
