I.A.No.1 of 2022 This petition is filed seeking relaxation of condition No.(ii) imposed by this Court by order dated 29.10.2021 in Crl.P.No.7664 of 2021, whereby the petitioner/A7 was directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month between 10.00 am and 5.00 pm, till completion of investigation and filing of the charge sheet.

Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. B. Naga Jaya Chandra, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition and hence, the same may be relaxed. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is completed and the charge sheet is also filed. In view the said submission that the investigation is completed and the charge sheet is filed, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.

Accordingly, I.A., is closed.
