When the matter was listed on 22.12.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed on 29.12.2023 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the Writ Petition.
