THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.41452 of 2015 ORDER :

The petitioner herein challenges the impugned proceedings dt.30.11.2015 of the 1st respondent herein suspending petitioner's Fair Price Shop dealership authorization on the basis of four charges framed against the petitioner, pursuant to a show-cause notice dt.12.10.2015.

Admittedly, the petitioner has submitted her explanation to the same.

In this view of the matter, the 1st respondent is directed to complete the enquiry into the allegations against petitioner before 29.02.2016 after complying with principles of natural justice, and after giving a personal hearing to petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.
