The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that the revision petitioner, who had filed the Insolvency Petition before the Court below under the provisions of the Provincial Insolvency Act, had expired, and that, therefore, no cause survives for adjudication. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this CRP shall stand closed.
