THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.27239 OF 2012 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering his case for DPM/AC, DPM(Finance) in L4 Cadre on par with other similarly situated persons in the 1st respondent Society with effect from 16.10.2004 with all consequential benefits thereon, as illegal and arbitrary.

This Court on 31.08.2012 in W.P.M.P.No.34680 of 2012 granted interim order directing the 1st respondent society to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 27.03.2012 in accordance with law.

No counter is filed.

Since the relief sought for in the main writ petition and interim application are one and the same, the writ petition is disposed in terms of the interim order dated 31.08.2012 in W.P.M.P.No.34680 of 2012. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
