ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus declaring the selection of the first Respondent as Anganwadi Worker/Helper/Mini Worker in I.C.D.S., Project, Anakapalle (U) by the Respondents 2 to 5 at the interview conducted on 27-1-2009 ignoring the Superior Educational, Residential, Caste and Income Qualifications of the petitioner as being illegal, unjust, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India."
At the hearing, Sri B.Srikantha Rao, learned counsel, submitted that the petitioner has taken away the file from the office of late Sri E.V.Bhagiratha Rao.
There is no representation for the petitioner. As the petitioner has failed to make alternative arrangement for pursuing her cause in the writ petition, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
