HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 32442 of 2017 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus directing respondent Nos.2 to 4 not to take coercive steps including disconnection of water and electricity supply to the petitioner's licenced premises ie. Pucca Stall No.8, Ongole Bus Station, Ongole, Prakasham District, and to declare their action as illegal and violative of principles of natural justice. 2) Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction to the authorities to follow due process of law in case they intend to take any coercive steps. 3) Without going into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 to 4 to follow due process of law, if they intend to take coercive steps including disconnection of water and electricity supply to the petitioner's licensed premises. No order as to costs.

4) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
