Since there was no representation for the appellant on 03-07-2017, the Registry was directed to list the matter today under the caption "for dismissal."

Despite the matter listing under the caption "for dismissal", today also there is no representation for the appellant. Therefore, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending in the S.A. stand closed.
