THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.26775 OF 2014 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as under: "to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in initiating appropriate action and registering crime against respondent No.5 and his henchmen despite giving complaint on 25.08.2014 by petitioners as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently, direct the respondents 2 to 4 to take immediate steps to initiate action against respondent No.5 and his henchmen."

From the perusal of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4, it is revealed that the complaint of the petitioners was entered in the reception book vide C.No.233 and during the course of enquiry, it is revealed that the matter is civil in nature and there are disputes between the parties pending before the competent civil Courts vide O.S.No.16 of 2011 and 174 of 2014. Therefore, the petitioners were advised to seek appropriate relief from the competent civil Court. In view of the above, no orders are required in the writ petition and the same is accordingly, dismissed. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ P.KESHAVA RAO,J 31st OCTOBER 2018.
