This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dt.16.11.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.41327 of 2018. 3.

The Special Government Pleader has placed before us G.O.Ms.No.6 Law (B) Department, dt.10.02.2020, issued by the Secretary to Government, Legal Affairs, Legislative Affairs and Justice, complying with the said order dt.16.11.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.41327 of 2018.

In this view of the matter, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
