ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of the official respondents in proposing sub-division of the land in unauthorized layout area in survey No.675/1 of Anaparthi Village and Mandal, East Godavari District, for conversion of the same from agriculture to house plots, as illegal and arbitrary. After arguing the case, Mr.N.Siva Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to file objections before respondent No.5 in respect of the sub-division being undertaken at the behest of respondent Nos.8 to 11. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
