THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.29657 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for respondents.

2. The petitioner is an existing fair price shop dealer of shop No.25 of Duvva Village, Tanuku Mandal, West Godavari District. The shop of the petitioner is having 1083 cards. The petitioner's shop along with other shops, totally 5 shops were bifurcated into 9 shops and the existing cards were reallocated. When the petitioner, who was having 1083 cards, was allotted only 403 cards after bifurcation, he filed the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that against the order of bifurcation, there is a provision of appeal and the petitioner wants to avail the same.

4. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal, if he is aggrieved, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The existing cards of the petitioner shall not be disturbed for a period of 15 days. No order as to costs.
