ORAL ORDER:
Petitioner claims that he is owner of land to an extent of Ac.0.28 guntas in Survey No.10/e and Ac.0.29 guntas in Survey No. 10/ee, (total Ac 1.17 guntas), Shaipur village, Tandur mandal and municipality, Vikarabad district. In order to develop the property, petitioner applied for conversion of the land from agricultural purposes to non agricultural purposes on 6.1.2015. Alleging inaction, this writ petition is filed. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (TG) and with their consent the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

Without entering into the merits of the case, if any such application is received and is pending, the competent authority is directed to examine the claim of the petitioner for conversion and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law and communicate the decision as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
