Questioning inaction on the part of the respondents in conducting survey and demarcatrng the petitioner's agriculture land bearing Sy.No.6/AA/AA/ 1 admeasuring Ac.O.27 t/z guntas, situated at Vattinagulapally village, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy district, subject land, petitioner filed the present wrrt petition with a consequential prayer to direct the respondents to conduct sub-division survey and demarcation and fix the boundary stones surrounding land the subject land.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitroner is the absolute owner and possessor of the subject land acquired by successor from his father and his name was mutated in the Revenue records and he was issued E Pattadar Passbok and title deed bearing No.T0507O03 1223. While so, when there was

w P No.201e2 2.}26 interference and disturbance from the adjacent owners bv trying to remove the boundary stones, Lretitioner earlier filed W.P. No.1018 of 2024 to conduct survey and demarcate the land, b1. fixing survey boundaries and the said writ petition was disposed of by this Court directing the Tahsildar to consider F line application 22.O7.2023 for conducting survey and fixing of boundaries of the subject land by issuing notice lo all concerned / intet ested persons. In pursuance to the said direction, respondent authorities conducted survey on 20.O3.2024 without issuing any notice and intimatior to the petitioner to the total extent of Sy.No.6, admeasuring Acs.1(r.12 guntas and fixed the boundaries with Tounch Map withour giving any notice to the land o\r'ners.

Immediately, petitioner brought to the notice of the authorities and requested them to show the subject land by conducting fresh survey. Since there was no response, petitioner agarn made online application on 23.07.2025 for fresh survey and fix boundaries to the subject land but till today respondents did not take any action thereon. Hence, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader fcr Revenue w.ould submit that the online application dated 23.07 .2025, stated to have been made b1. the petitioner, would be considered, if not already considered, and appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law and prayed to pass appropriate orders.

In that view of the matter, recording the aforesaid submissions and with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, without going into the merits of the case, this writ petitlon is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the online application dated 23.O7.2025, stated to have been made by the petitioner, if not a.lready considered, and after issuing notice to a1l the concerned / affected / interested parties pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of Six (06) weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. 5.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shali be no order as to costs.
