ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner was in connection with the investigation in Crime No.46 of 2015 on the file of Bhadrachalam Town Police Station, Khammam District.
2. The Assistant Superintendent of Police, Bhadrachalam, filed a counter affidavit as long back as on 14.09.2015, stating that after due investigation in Crime No.46 of 2015, which was registered under Section 353 and 506 IPC, which was found that there was no evidence to establish the offence and a final report referring the complaint of the petitioner herein as 'false' was filed before the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bhadrachalam under Section 173 Cr.P.C.
3. No reply affidavit has been filed rebutting the aforestated counter averments.
4. In the light of the filing of a final report before the competent criminal court, the grievance of the petitioner as regards investigation in the crime no longer survives for consideration. It is for the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate remedies in accordance with law if she is aggrieved by the finding of the police authorities as recorded in the final report filed before the competent criminal court.
5. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to do so this writ petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
