THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.834 of 2015 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) The Contempt Case is dismissed summarily. More so, as we notice that our order has been carried out and it appears from the order of the Joint Collector, Chittoor, dated 25.04.2015 that it was also the fault of the petitioner's learned lawyer, who did not appear at the time of hearing on 13.03.2015 with an excuse that Bar Association has given a call for boycott. However, a copy of the order of the Joint Collector, Chittoor, dated 25.04.2015 shall be supplied to the learned lawyer for the petitioner.
