THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.21906 of 2019 ORDER:

This present Writ Petition is filed seeking restraint order against respondent Nos.5 and 6 not to insist the petitioner to appear before the said authorities to settle the alleged dispute with respondent Nos.7 to 10 in respect of property bearing Door No. 6-52 in Thottipampu village, Annapureddypalli Mandal, Kothagudem Bhadradri District.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 14.10.2019, would submit that the official respondents never visited the property of the petitioner nor called him to the police station.

By the said written instructions, the respondent No.6 would submit that till date, no complaint is given by any individual against the petitioner nor any case is registered against the petitioner and the petitioner was never called to the police station. Further, he has also submitted that the respondent police never interfered with the civil dispute of the petitioner at any point of time.

Recording the said submission made on behalf of respondent No.6, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. _____________________ T. VINOD KUMAR, J Date: 24.10.2019 MRKR
