This criminal revision case is filed under sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C., challenging the order dated 20.07.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1219 of 2016 in Cr.No.276 of 2016 in Rc.F.No.766 of 2016 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kurnool. Sri R. Ramanjaneyulu, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the purpose of filing of the present criminal revision case has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the criminal revision case is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case, shall stand closed.
