This Petition coming on for hearing,upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri SOMA SRINATH REDDY, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Asst. Public Proseculor on behalf of the Respondent.

The Court made the following: ORDER

THE HONOURABLE SMT. JUSTICE P.MADHAVI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.7876 of 2O23 ORDER:

In this petition, the petitioner is seeking a relaxation of the condition imposed by the Court below for release of the vehicle i.e. the petitioner furnishing Rs.70,000/- personal bond with one surety.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the vehicle itself is worth not more than Rs.65,000/-. 3.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, however, opposed the said contention.

Having regard to the contentions of both the parties, this Court deems it fit and proper to relax the condition by permitting the petitioner to furnish Rs.35,000/- personal bond with one surety.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
