THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.3133 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the Memo in Roc.No.C2/52/SVIMS/2002 dated 15.01.2013 issued by the first respondent.

But, pursuant to the memo aforementioned, the petitioner filed objections and an order was passed on 06.05.2013. Challenging the said order, the petitioner filed WP.No.14840 of 2013. In view of the same, no orders need be passed in this Writ Petition and it has become infructous.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
