HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.5837 of 2018 ORDER :

This criminal petition filed under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/accused in Crime No.332 of 2018 of Kukatpally Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 376 IPC and Section 3(a) read with 4 and 6 of POCSO Act, 2012.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor, representing the State, and perused the bail application averments, F.I.R., remand report and other material on record. 3.

From the prima facie accusation against the petitioner and investigation is in progress even he is in judicial custody since 23.04.2018, the petitioner is not entitled to the concession of bail even at this stage.
