The order impugned in this Revision is in fact appealable under Order XLIII Rule 1(q) CPC.

Therefore, giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal before the District Court, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
