HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1427 OF 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order in W.P.No.30351 of 2014, dated 22.06.2016.

Learned standing counsel for the respondents produced before this Court a copy of the proceedings dated 20.09.2016 rejecting the request of the petitioner for appointment as 'Record Tracer' on the ground that since he was already given an alternative employment as 'Shramik'. In view of the said order, this Court is not inclined to continue the present proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act. It is open to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law challenging the proceedings, dated 20.09.2016. The contempt case is accordingly closed.
