This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 26.04.2018 in I.A.No.62 of 2017 in R.C.No.260 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Principal Rent Controller, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, Sri S.Vijaya Kumar, counsel representing Sri Aravala Sreenivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
