Heard Mr.N.Guru Gopal for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents. The petitioner prays for the following relief: ".......Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent Nos.2 & 3 in not disposing of Appeal/Complaint dated 24.7.2017 filed by the Petitioner with regard to unauthorized change of entries in the Revenue Records as illegal, void and direct the respondent Nos.2 & 3 to conduct necessary enquiry as per law on the complaint/Appeal filed by the Petitioner dated 24.07.2017 and restore the old entries by duly removing the unauthorized entries made in the supplementary Survey Records with regard to the land in Sy.Nos.185/20 and 185/21 of S.Kota Mandal And Village, Vizianagaram District........"

By referring to instructions dated 11.06.2018, the learned Assistant Government Pleader informs the Court that the 2nd and 3rd respondents hold a different view on the representation filed by the petitioner and the view they hold will be communicated to petitioner within four

(04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The statement is placed on record.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
