This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 28.9.2015 passed in I.A.No.218 of 2015 in O.S.No.68 of 2015 on the file of the Court of XI Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad. 2.

As per the Office note, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 26.12.2016. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the very purpose of filing of the revision petition has become infructuous. 3.

Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision shall stand closed.
