A.Radha Krishna v. The State Of Ap., And Another
SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.11535 OF 2013 ORDER:
Office has taken objection, saying that compromise petition is to be filed by the Complainant / Respondent No.2 along with Vakalat petition. Re-submission, by the Complainant, was made, stating that any one of the parties can file petition to record compromise and there is no bar under the law. Both the parties are ready to appear before the Court to give statement about the compromise.
2.
However, though the re-submission does not answer the query raised by the office, since the parties are present before the court and they reported that the matter is settled in terms of compromise and the complainant 2nd respondent has reported that he is ready to withdraw the petition following the compromise with the petitioner herein, the petition is allowed quashing the Charge Sheet in PRC No.52 of 2013 in terms of compromise.
3.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed ___________ T. RAJANI, J December 11,2017 JR
