1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in Cr.No.29 of 2014 on the file of Penumantra Police Station, West Godavari district. At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of investigation, the investigating officer referred the matter as mistake of fact. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Accordingly this petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
