THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.16124 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in failing to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 27.05.2015 with regard to the viability of laying water pipeline underneath the lake bund at Shameerpet lake to avoid leakage and breakage of bund and to prevent the damage to be caused to the lands under Shameerpet Village. Now, the learned Government Pleader for the respondents, on the basis of the instructions, submits that they are not damaging the bund in any manner and they are laying the pipelines by the side of the road after obtaining technical opinion and without damaging and interfering with any private land. Recording the statement of the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is closed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
