THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.16062 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a writ of certiorari calling for the records in Crime No.52 of 2017 on the file of the second respondent Police Station and to quash the same. Since the complaint is already registered and investigation is in progress, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the investigation, but disposes of the Writ Petition with a direction to the second respondent to follow due process of law, including compliance with Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
