HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No:21518 OF 2013 ORDER:

1. This writ petition is filed seeking to direct respondents Nos.1 and 2 to see that respondents Nos.3 to 5 colleges shall upload application forms in their official websites or issue the application forms to the petitioners for admission into under graduate medical education viz., M.B.B.S., for the academic year 2013-14 by extending the time, and also give admission to the petitioners.

2. Perused the material available on record.

3. The present writ petition was filed in the year 2013. No interim was passed by this Court earlier. Further, three academic years were already over. Therefore, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
