It is stated by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the lis in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the common judgment dated 02.06.2017 in W.P.No.17501 of 2017 and batch and the same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Energy.

In view of the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Energy, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the common judgment in W.P.No.17501 of and batch, dated 02.06.2017. Registry is directed to append a copy of the common judgment dated 02.06.2017 in W.P.No.17501 of 2017 and batch to this order.
