W.P.M.P.No.44390 of 2015 is filed to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to take appropriate legal steps. In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of W.P.M.P.No.44390 of 2015, the petition is ordered as prayed for. Consequently, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to take appropriate legal steps, if cause of action survives. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
