Today when the matter has come up before this Court for hearing, learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that during the pendency of the instant civil Revision petition, the trial court has disposed of the main suit i.e., o.s.No.28B of 2oo9, therefore the cause in the civil Revision Petition does not survive and has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the revision petitioner, this civil Revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any are pending, shall stand closed.
