ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents 1 to 5 in not acquiring the entire Village of Nawabpet, Mailavaram Mandal, Kadapa District and only acquiring agricultural lands of Nawabpet Village to an extent of Ac.900-00 out of Ac.1100-00 for the purpose of setting up of the 5th respondent cement unit, as arbitrary and illegal.

Pending the writ petition, it appears that the land of the petitioner was also acquired. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
