The prayer in this writ petition was for grant/restoration of affiliation to the petitioner institution for the academic year 2012-2013. Sri Bathula Raj Kiran, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent, states that the petitioner institution was, in fact, granted affiliation for the academic year 2012-2013.

In that view of the matter, the prayer in this writ petition has worked itself out.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
