The Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that within two (02) weeks from today, respondent No.3 will communicate the reply on the representation dated 08-05-2017.

The statement is placed on record and accepted. The petitioner, if aggrieved by the reply of the 3rd respondent, is given liberty to work out the remedies in accordance with law.

Writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
