No.16870 of 2008 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri GC, J) As could be seen from the record, it is clear that the age of the writ petitioner was 55, at the time of filing of the writ petition i.e. in the year 2008, and he retired from service now. Therefore, we deem that no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition as the subject matter of the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
