Learned counsel for the petitioner filed memo, dated 05.01.2018, stating that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing this Petition and hence, seeks permission to withdraw the same.

Today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner reiterated the contents of the said memo. In view of the same, the Tr.CM.P. is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
