OFFI CE NOTE 13.09.2022 KS,J IA.No.2 OF 2022 This application is filed seeking extension of time granted to the petitioner to return to India in IA.No.1/2022, dt.21.07.2022 for a further period of six months.

This Court on 21.07.2022 in IA.No.1/2022 permitted the petitioner to travel to USA from 22.07.2022 to 12.09.2022.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has travelled to USA on 22.07.2022 and thereafter the petitioner informed him that her husband undergone bypass surgery and is in hospital and that she has to take care of her husband and her minor children and as such seeks extension of time for a further period of six months to return to India. Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances, time granted to the petitioner to return to India is extended for a further period of two months and the petitioner shall return to India on 11.11.2022, under any circumstances. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted to the petitioner.
