Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents 1 to 3 and Sri N.Ranga Reddy, learned counsel for 4th respondent.

Having regard to the proceedings dated 29.06.2018 in Ref.C/717/2017, issued by the 2nd respondent appointing the petitioner as fair price dealer for shop No.40 of Konankivandlapalli Village of T.Sundupalli Mandal, by cancelling the appointment order given to the 4th respondent, the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for adjudication.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed as consequence. There shall be no order as to costs.
