THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.4429 OF 2009 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order, dated 0807-2009 in E.A.No.815 of 2008 in E.P.No.76 of 2007 in O.S.No.395 of 2002 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Srikalahasti. 2.

Petitioner herein (J.Dr.) filed the above Execution Application against the respondent herein (D.Hr.) under Section 47 C.P.C. to raise the attachment of the E.P. schedule property.

3. The trial Court after considering both oral and documentary evidence available on record, dismissed the said application. Hence, this revision.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent (D.Hr) submits that in the absence of stay in the present civil revision petition, the property was brought to sale and nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present revision.
