HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 29714 of 2012 Order:

This writ petition was filed challenging the sanction of "other duty" facility to the principal office bearers of certain Associations including the petitioner Association.

2. The impugned GO was issued in the Calendar Year 2012. Consequent to bifurcation of the State and expiry of the term of the office bearers of the Associations, this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
