When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed this writ petition seeking terminal benefits, and therefore, appropriate orders may be passed directing the respondents to release the terminal benefits of the petitioner. 2.

Having considered the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation being made, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, without being influenced by earlier rejection orders dated 17.3.2005 and 3.3.2005 within a period of four weeks thereafter. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any shall stand closed.
