This writ petition was filed assailing the action of the police authorities in

calling the petitioner to the police station every day. Basing on the written instructions dated 08.06.2015 received from the Station House Officer, I Town Police Station, Vijayawada City, the learned Assistant Government Pleader informed this Court that upon the complaint made by the 8th and 9th respondents herein, Crime No.43 of 2011 under Section 420 IPC and Crime No.44 of 2011 under Section 420 IPC were registered on the file of the I Town Police Station, Vijayawada City, against the petitioner herein and another. Upon due investigation, it was found that the cases were of a civil nature. In the light of the aforestated facts, it is clear that the police authorities merely investigated the matter and having arrived at a conclusion, they reported that the complaint did not warrant any action. In that view of the matter, the cause does not survive for consideration in this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed.
